Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Your order will be planned in chronological order. Should any changes need to be made to your order, revisions will be accepted until 11 am the business day prior to your event
date.
2. Any cancellations must be received no later than 11 am the business day prior to your event date, any time later will result in 100% charge of the entire event. Items that can be reused by us
like pop and juices will not be billed for.
3. Depending on the choice of menu, MINIMUM 24 HOURS NOTICE (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS) IS REQUIRED.
4. All catering orders with delivery requested during lunch time (between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm) and submitted within 6 hours time frame, MUST be picked up and may not necessarily be delivered.
However, we will try our best to accommodate your request. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
5. Cafeteria staff may arrive few minutes earlier to ensure prompt and safe setup of the buffet area should there be need.
6. All last-minute catering orders must be verbally communicated to the cafeteria, mere sending email may not guarantee its acknowledgement.
